NaCl胁迫对星苹果叶片生理特性的影响

摘要 为研究星苹果Chrysophyllum cainito的耐盐能力及其在NaCl胁迫下的生理特性变化,以0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%NaCl溶液分别对盆栽幼苗进行胁迫处理,测定叶片的叶绿素、渗透调节物质、丙二醛含量及抗氧化物酶活性。结果表明,在NaCl胁迫下,星苹果叶片的叶绿素合成受到明显抑制;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)的活性随NaCl浓度增加而呈现先降后升现象;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性则是先升后降,在0.2%NaCl处理时达最高;可溶性蛋白含量与处理浓度呈负相关;脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量和对照相比有显著增加,两者在胁迫过程中起着重要的渗透调节作用。 To understand the tolerance and the physiological characteristics of Chrysophyllum cainito under NaCl stress, the potted plants were watered with 0, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6% NaCl, the index including contents of chlorophyll, regulatory substances, MDA and the antioxidant enzyme activities of leaves were measured. The results showed that chlorophyll synthesis were significantly restricted under the NaCl stress. Both of SOD and POD activities dropped first and then increased with NaCl concentration increasing, and CAT activity increased to a peak under 0.2% NaCl and then dropped. The content of soluble protein dropped under NaCl stress while that of proline, soluble sugar increased significantly. It was deduced that proline or soluble sugar working as osmotic potentials in cells played a key role in salt tolerance of C. cainito.
