乡镇治理水平、政治性社会资本与居民政府满意度关系研究——基于“中国乡镇民主与治理调查”数据库的实证研究

The Level of Township Governance,Political Social Capital and Resident Satisfaction with Government——An Empirical Study Based on the Database of " China's Rural Democracy and Governance Survey"

通过对"乡镇治理水平-政治性社会资本-居民政府满意度"结构方程模型的构建,分析了乡镇治理水平与政治性社会资本对居民政府满意度的作用机制。结果发现:乡镇治理水平以及政治性社会资本对居民政府满意度均具有直接的正向作用,尤其是政府职能的履行及政府对居民的回应态度对居民政府满意度的作用更为明显。同时,政治性社会资本在乡镇治理水平与居民满意度关系中起中介作用,其中政治性信任最为关键。由此得出政府除了完善民主参与水平外,还需提高居民的政治认知及政治参与度。

Based on the construction of the structural political social capital -residents＇government satisfaction equation model about ＂township governance level -, the paper analyzes the action mechanism of township governance level and the political social capital on the residents＇ satisfaction with the government. It is found that township governance level and political social capital have a direct positive effect on residents＇ satisfaction with the goverurnent. Especially, the performance of government functions and the government＇s response to residents has more obvious effect on residents＇ satisfaction with the government. Meanwhile, political social capital plays an intermediary role in the relationship between township governance level and residents＇ satisfaction with the government, among which political trust is the most critical. Therefore, it is suggested that government should improve the residents＇political cognition and participation besides perfecting its democratic participation.
