房价波动对城镇居民消费的影响——以安徽省合肥市为例

Influence of House Price Fluctuation on the Household Consumption——Based on the Data in Hefei City of Anhui Province

房价变动影响居民消费。正确认识房价波动与城镇居民消费之间的关系,有利于房地产业持续健康发展,对于促进二者之间的良性互动具有重要意义。采用安徽省合肥市2013—2016年的相关数据,运用线性回归分析方法对房价波动和居民消费关系进行了实证研究。结果表明:房价波动对于居民消费具有促进作用。

House price fluctuation influences the household consumption. Therefore, it is beneficial for the sustained healthy development of real estate and important for the sound interaction of both to understand the relation of house price fluctuation and the household consumption correctly. Based on the relevant data from 2013 to 2016 in Hefei ,an empirical analysis was made by liner- regression analysis to test the relation of both house price fluctuation and household consumption. The results show that house price fluctuation has positive effect on the household consumption.
