Analysis of College Students' Psychological Health Education Method in New Media Era

新媒体时代下,网络信息技术迅猛发展,电子化的信息环境一方面为人们信息资源的获取带来了便利,另一方面也对当代大学生的身心发展产生双重影响。全面分析新媒体时代下高校大学生心理健康教育存在的问题,并针对这些问题探究大学生心理健康教育的路径,以获得良好的心理健康教育效果,培养出健康、全面发展的新时代优秀人才。

Under the new media era,network information technique is developing rapidly. On the one hand,the electronic information environment brings convenience to the acquisition of information resources. On the other hand,it has a double influence on the physical and mental development of college students. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the psychological health education of college students in the new media era,and explores the method of college students＇ psychological health education,in order to obtain good effect on psychological health education,cultivate healthy and comprehensive development person in the new era.
