膜技术用于造纸法再造烟叶降焦减害的研究

Research on Tar and Harmful Components Reducing of Paper-making Reconstituted Tobacco by Membrane Filtrating Technology

试验通过超滤膜(截留分子量200000 Da)装置去除烟草萃取液中的不溶物以及一些大分子物质,对处理前后的萃取液的物化指标及感官品质进行检测和评价。结果表明:萃取液经过超滤膜处理后不溶物含量减少;净化后的萃取液的果胶、总氮含量分别下降了90.22%和62.60%;净化后萃取液制备的再造烟叶的焦油及CO含量也分别下降了10.47%和14.01%;感官评价的结果表明净化后的样品感官品质得到了提升。

Chemical characteristics,physical characteristics and smoking quality of tobacco extract are studied through research,which inspected and evaluated the insoluble content and macromolecule components by ultrafiltration membrane device（MWCO：200000 Da）.The results indicate that the extract insoluble content reduced after treatment by the ultrafiltration membrane.Moreover,the pectin and total nitrogen content decreased by 90.22% and 62.60% respectively compared with extract before treatment.The tar and CO content of reconstituted tobacco prepared decreased by 10.47% and 14.01% respectively.The smoking quality of extract treated by membrane was improved obviously.
