膜技术用于造纸法再造烟叶降焦减害的研究 被引量:7

摘要 试验通过超滤膜(截留分子量200000 Da)装置去除烟草萃取液中的不溶物以及一些大分子物质,对处理前后的萃取液的物化指标及感官品质进行检测和评价。结果表明:萃取液经过超滤膜处理后不溶物含量减少;净化后的萃取液的果胶、总氮含量分别下降了90.22%和62.60%;净化后萃取液制备的再造烟叶的焦油及CO含量也分别下降了10.47%和14.01%;感官评价的结果表明净化后的样品感官品质得到了提升。 Chemical characteristics,physical characteristics and smoking quality of tobacco extract are studied through research,which inspected and evaluated the insoluble content and macromolecule components by ultrafiltration membrane device(MWCO:200000 Da).The results indicate that the extract insoluble content reduced after treatment by the ultrafiltration membrane.Moreover,the pectin and total nitrogen content decreased by 90.22% and 62.60% respectively compared with extract before treatment.The tar and CO content of reconstituted tobacco prepared decreased by 10.47% and 14.01% respectively.The smoking quality of extract treated by membrane was improved obviously.
