某钨多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 对某钨多金属矿进行选矿试验研究。试验以回收黑钨矿为主,综合回收银的原则开展研究。在条件试验的基础上,确定了分级重选、磁选、浮选等多种选矿方法联合工艺流程。原矿WO_3含量为0.207%,银含量为32.35g/t,试验获得钨精矿1中含WO_354.20%,WO_3回收率为28.82%,钨精矿2中含WO_332.35%,WO_3回收率为30.03%,银精矿含银3 267.23g/t,银回收率为47.47%。 The beneficiation test of a tungsten polymetallic ore is carried out.Test is investigated to recover wolframite mainly with comprehensive recovery of silver.On the basis of the condition test,a combined processing flowsheet of various separation methods,such as the classification-gravity separation,magnetic separation,flotation,etc.is determined,Undressed ore contains WO_3 of 0.207% and the silver of 32.35g/t.The tungsten concentrate 1 recovery of 28.82% with grade of 54.20%,the tungsten concentrate 2 recovery of 30.03% with grade of 32.35%,and the silver concentrate recovery of 47.47% containing silver 3 267.23g/t were obtained by experimental study.
