推进全面法治的媒体进路探究

A Probe into the Media Approach to Promote Comprehensive Rule of Law

从探讨媒体运行与法治的几个关系入手,阐述了推进全面法治建设中媒体发挥作用的重要性,并就媒体在全面法治中的进路作了探究,提出加强党管媒体、突出顶层设计、建立负面清单、保障新闻自由、加强媒体法治建设、优化法治传播方式、强化媒体社会责任等主张和若干具体措施做法。

From the aspect of the relationships between media operation and the rule of law, this paper discusses the importance of media in promoting comprehensive rule of law construction, probes into the media approach in comprehensive rule of law and raises some suggestions and measures, such as, to strengthen party control of media, to highlight the top-level design, to establish a negative list, to protect the freedom of the press, strengthening legal construction of media, optimizing law communication ways and strengthening media social responsibility, etc.
