正交试验法优化解毒退热颗粒中黄芩苷提取工艺

摘要 目的:采用正交试验法优化解毒退热颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法:以黄芩苷的含量和出膏率为指标,采用正交试验法考察加水倍数、提取时间、提取次数3个因素对提取工艺的影响,选择最佳提取工艺。结果:解毒退热颗粒中黄芩苷的最佳提取工艺为加6倍水,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:此法操作简单有效,稳定可行,可作为解毒退热颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺。 Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Baicalin in the herbs of Jiedutuire granules based on Orthogonal Design. Methods. Taking the content of Baicalin and the amount of herbs cream as the indicators, using the Orthogonal test method to ob serve the effects of the following three factors, amount of water,the time and times of extraction, finally, selecting the best extraction progress. Results:The best extraction progress was:6 times as much water was added, extracted twice, and extracted 1.5 hours each time. Conclusion:The method not only simple and effective, but stable and feasible, which can as the extraction progress of Baicalin in Jiedutuire granules.
