近十年类风湿关节炎的中医证型研究进展

Research Progress of TCM Syndromes Types of Rheumatoid Arthritis in Recent Ten Years

类风湿关节炎属中医"痹证"范畴,近年已对其开展了多方面的中医证型研究。就类风湿关节炎之中医证型研究文献进行分析,综述近10年类风湿关节炎的中医证型研究进展。经分析发现,近10年类风湿关节炎的中医证型研究主要涉及证型分类的规范化研究、证型分布规律特征研究、证型与不同实验室指标的相关性研究、不同证型的蛋白质组学与基因组学研究、证型与不同影像学表现的相关性研究,还有少数证型研究涉及继发疾病的发生、五运六气等,其研究水平已从宏观层次深入到微观层面。

To give a general review of the research progress of TCM syndromes types of rheumatoid arthritis in recent ten years, the literatures that is related to the study on TCM syndrome types of rheumatoid arthritis were analyzed in this paper. It is found that the recent decade research on TCM syndrome types of rheumatoid arthritis mainly involves the standardization and distribution character- istics of TCM syndrome types, the respective correlation between different syndromes types and different laboratory index, proteomics and genomics,as well as different imaging manifestations. Besides,there are a few syndromes types studies related to the occurrence of secondary diseases, the theory of ＂Wu Yun Liu Qi＂,and so on. The level of these researches has gone from the macro level to the micro level.
