烹饪被列入我国非物质文化遗产,作为烹饪的重要组成部分——中式面点近年来得到了人们的青睐和喜欢,各种面食小吃店如雨后春笋遍布大街小巷,成为人们饮食中一道靓丽的风景线。但由于产品原因,存在几家欢喜几家愁的局面。因此,中式面点发展要走创新之路才能长足发展,立于不败之地。本文从制作面点的皮坯、馅心两个方面入手,探析面点创新的路径,供同行或面点爱好者借鉴。
Cooking is listed as an intangible cultural heritage of our country, as an important part of cooking - - Chinese pastry has come to the favorites in recent years. Snack bars have sprung up all over the street, being a beautiful scenery line in people's diet. But for the products reason, the situation can be described as happy and some unhappy few. There- fore, the development of Chinese pastry can be developed in a way that makes it invincible. The paper starts from the two aspects of making the crust and filling, and probes into the path of the innovation of the pastry, which can be used for ref- erence by peers or fans.
