高职院校青年教师科研素质现状调查及存在问题探讨

A Survey on the Status of Scientific Research Quality and Analysis of Their Existing Problems of Young Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文以青年教师作为调查对象,通过问卷调查法和访谈法等科研手段,分析并掌握了高职高专青年教师的基本情况及科研相关信息,在对这些数字进行调研分析的过程中,总结青年教师科研中经常存在的问题并分析现存问题,探讨阻碍青年教师科研能力发展的主要因素及相关原因,同时对青年教师实施科研导师制的探索和实践进行研究,为理论研究提供经验支撑和验证,以增强课题研究的理论效度和现实解释力。

By taking young teachers as subjects, this paper analyzes and grasps the basic information and scientific re- search information of young teachers in higher vocational colleges. Through questionnaires, interviews and other research methods, this paper tries to summarize young teachers＇existing problems in their scientific research and explore the main factors and the related reasons hindering the development of the young teachers＂ scientific research ability. Meanwhile, this thesis explores the practice of the implementation of tutor system for young teachers, providing empirical support for the theory research and verification to enhance the theoretical validity and practical explanation power.
