高职学生实习自我效能感量表研究

摘要 本文基于自我效能感理论,通过文献研究及教师和学生的开放式问卷,结合高职学生学习的特点,确立高职学生实习自我效能感量表,并通过问卷调查综合运用SPSS软件对量表结构进行讨论,编制了测量高职旅游管理专业学生实习自我效能感的量表。通过量表的编制希望能对校企合作下学生的实习效能测量起到作用。 Based on the self - efficacy theory, this paper establishes the Self - efficacy of Practice of Students in higher vocational schools through the literature research and the open questionnaire of teachers and students, combined with the characteristics of vocational students' learning. The study constructed the scale of the Self - efficacy of Practice of Students in higher vocational schools by using SPSS software to analyze the scale structure. Through the preparation of the scale hope that play a role in the school - enterprise cooperation in the student's self - efficacy of practice measurement.
