摘要
行政管理体系是维持高校正常运行的重要管理体系,行政管理虽然与教学无关,但与高校的教育水平、科研水平等具有紧密的联系,对于学校的不断发展具有重要的意义。随着高等院校的不断发展,传统的行政管理体系已经无法满足高效管理的需求,服务型高校行政管理作为一种为师生进行服务,保障学生的权利,促进教师教学发展的新行政管理体系,逐渐成为我国高校行政管理体系发展的重要方向。本文通过对于高校行政管理的服务特性进行分析,提出几点服务型高效管理体系的构建思路,从而促进我国高校行政管理体系能够得到更好的发展。
The administrative management system is an important management system to maintain the normal operation of colleges and universities. Although administrative management has nothing to do with teaching, it has the close relation- ship with educational level and science research lever, which has significance on the continuous development for the colleges. By analyzing the service feature of administration in higher colleges, this paper presents several construction methods for service -centered management system, thus to improve the better development for the administration system for higher colleges in China.
