摘要
人力资源是一种经济资源,主要存在于人的体能、知识、技能、能力以及个性等特征和行为倾向中,具有物质性、可用性以及有限性等特征。本文着重研究了企业人力资源培训的地位和意义,体现出人力资源培训在企业中的重要性,并探索了其中存在的问题及对策。
Human resource is a kind of economic resources, mainly exists in the physical ability, knowledge, skills, a- bility and personality characteristics and behavior tendency, with material characteristics, availability and limitation. This paper focuses on the status and significance of enterprise human resources training, reflects the importance of human resources training in the enterprise, and explores the problems and countermeasures of them.
