向应用型高校转变过程中商务英语人才的培养——浅析综合英语翻转课堂教学模式

On Cultivation of Business English Talents in the Transformation to Applied Higher Colleges——A Brief Analysis of Flipped Classroom Teaching Mode of Comprehensive English

在网络技术、大数据盛行的全新信息时代,具备综合能力的商务英语专业人才已成为高校商务英语人才培养模式的新方向。翻转课堂作为变革性的教学模式担当了向应用型高校转变过程中商务英语人才培养的助推器。本文结合应用型本科商务英语专业综合英语翻转课堂的教学现状,从教学安排、教学评价、教学满意度三个方面分析了翻转课堂较传统课堂所具有的优势,同时就应用型商务英语人才培养目标下综合英语翻转课堂教学效率的提高提出了四个方面的建议,将翻转课堂的优势发挥到极致,有利于在向应用型高校转变过程中培养更出色的商务英语人才。

Professional business English talents with comprehensive ability have become the new direction of cultivation mode of business English talents in colleges in an age of brand - new information age full of network technology and big data, in which flipped classroom, a revolutionary teaching mode acts as an accelerator to cultivate business English tal- ents. Based on the status quo of comprehensive English flipped classroom teaching for business English majors, this pa- per analyzes the advantages of flipped classroom from three aspects： teaching arrangements, teaching assessments and satisfaction scale. Meanwhile, it proposes four suggestions on improving the efficiency of comprehensive English flipped classroom in order to cultivate business English talents with application ability, which can not only optimize the pros of flipped classroom, but also help to cultivate more professional and outstanding business English talents.
