摘要
针对并联电容器组设计和施工中出现的电抗率和接地配置不当的问题,提出了串联电抗器以外的部件接地应考虑距离串联电抗器的距离原则,以及电抗率应根据接入电网的背景谐波、变压器绕组接线方式、绕组负荷情况进行配置,并针对实际情况进行了分类以及相应的配置方法。
As for the issue of inappropriate reactance ratio and grounding configuration which is occurred in the design and construction of shunt capacitor bank, the principle of considering distance to the serial reactor for the grounding of the parts which is outside of the serial reactor is proposed. And the reactance ratios shall be configured as per the background harmonics of the connected grid, the wiring mode of the transformer winding and situation of the winding load and classification and corresponding configuration method are made in accordance with the actual situation.
