摘要
介绍了马钢第四钢轧总厂应用美国KTI公司300 t钢包下渣检测系统原理及应用,并对影响系统准确率的主要因素进行分析,通过设置精确控制参数、优化检测级别,取得了良好的应用效果。
This paper introduced the principles and applications for 300 t ladle slag detection system. It is from KTI company of America, used in No. 4 Steelmaking and Rolling General Plant of Masteel. The main factors which affect the system accuracy have been analyzed. The precise control of parameters is set, the detection level is optimized, it is showed that obtains a good effect.
