摘要
广场音乐活动通过音乐的表现手段来引领全民健身,它是当前社区大众文化活动的重要组成部分,对全民健身工程的快速发展,对和谐社会建设有重要的促进作用。广场音乐大多是以中国五声为基础组成的五声调式民歌,缺少半音和三整音的音程关系,格调比较平和,音的倾向性也不是那么尖锐,故有利于人的心理健康。而情、动、声、气、乐、波等音乐要素,对人体的生理、心理等也具有积极的保健养生作用。此外,社区居民的实践活动及大量高龄歌唱家的生活实际也证实,音乐确实能延年益寿,对大众健康有特殊功效。
Piazza music activities guide the national fitness by means of music performance, and become an important part of mass cultural activities in communities. They greatly promote the rapid development of the national fitness project as well as the construction of a harmonious society. Most Piazza music works are actually five-tone folk songs based on Chinese five pitch of voice, lacking of such intervallic relationships as half-tone and three whole tones. Their pattern is relatively gentle and their sound propensity is less sharp, which is beneficial to physical and mental health. Such music elements as emotion, movement, sound, pneuma, music and wave benefit human fitness both physically and psychologically. In addition, the practice of community residents and the life of a large number of elderly singers also confirm that music can actually prolong life and benefit public health.
