摘要
在探析师范生管理中运用刚柔相济管理的策略,具有现实意义。因此,以福建省几所师范院校师范生管理调查现状为例,立足于师范生管理工作的实际,通过问卷调查、理论梳理、走访、座谈等实证研究方法,对师范院校新形势下的师范生管理现状及存在问题的成因进行探讨,提出了具有师范特色的刚柔相济学生管理的创新模式,以期为师范生管理工作提供一定的理论支持和路径借鉴。
Exploring strategies of managing normal university students by the combination of flexibility and severity is of realistic significance. Therefore, this study, taking the current status of normal university students' management in the normal universities in Fujian Province for example, and based on the reality of normal university students' management, discusses the current status of normal university students' management under the new situation and reasons for the problems and proposes an innovative mode of normal university students' management by the combination of flexibility and severity in order to provide some theoretical support and reference for normal university students' management.
