新常态下高职院校思政课融入法治观教育思考研究

Research on Integrating the Thought of Ruling by Law into Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Normal

只有明确法治观念,并将其进行倡导和发扬,才可以构建良好的法治社会。我国现代化建设水平和法治化进程在一定程度上,会受到我国高职院校学生法治素养的影响,党和国家要将依法治国方略进行落实,就必须要依靠社会主义法治观教育。但我国高职院校仅通过为数不多的法律课程对学生进行法治观教育,对于我国高校学生培养法治观念的作用微乎其微,在新常态的背景之下,高职院校在思政课堂中融入法治观教育的重要性就得到了凸显。

Only by clarifying, advocating and developing rule of law can we build a good society governed by law. To a certain degree, the process of modernization and the rule of law in our country will be influenced by students＇ rule of law quality in higher vocational colleges. The Party and the State should implement the strategy of governing the country according to the law and must rely on the socialist rule of law education. However, China＇s higher vocational colleges carry out the rule of law education only through a small number of legal courses, which exerts a minimal influence on cultivating college students＇ concept of the rule of law. Therefore, in the context of the new normal, the importance of integrating the rule of law education into the ideological and political education in vocational colleges should be highlighted.
