智慧校园视域下高校精准就业服务工作研究

Research on Precise Employment Service in Universities from Perspective of Smart Campus

分析了高校开展精准就业服务工作的必要性及可行性,找到了高校开展精准就业服务工作的挑战,提出了高校开展精准就业服务工作的路径即精准就业服务、精准就业指导、精准就业帮扶、精准绩效评价四条路径,旨在顺应时代发展趋势,提高高校就业服务水平。

Precise employment services focus on ＂precise＂ ,the difficulty is also ＂precise＂ ;the information technology of smart campus enables ＂precise＂. This paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of precise employment service in colleges and universities, and finds challenges in carrying out precise employment service work in colleges and universities, and puts forward paths to carry out precise employment service work in colleges rand universities,i.e.,precise employment services,precise employment guidance, precise employment assistance, precise performance evaluation, to meet the development trend of the times, and to improve the employment service level.
