本文对高职高专特殊学生转化工作实践经验进行梳理和总结,从科学化顶层设计、专业化队伍建设、立体化机制、全程化过程、实践化环节五个主要方面阐述了加强特殊学生转化工作的经验。

This paper summarizes the practical experience in transformation of special students in higher vocational colleges, and expounds the strengthening of special students from five major aspects ,namely, scientific top-level design, specialization team eonstruetion, three-dimensional mechanism, whole process and practice experience in eonversion work.
