制造类专业现代学徒制实施方式研究——以湖北工业职业技术学院为例

Study on Implementation Mode of Modern Apprentice System in Manufacturing Specialty——A Case Study of Hubei Industrial Polytechnic

现代学徒制人才培养模式是当前职业教育人才培养的发展方向。本文分析了现代学徒制的内涵,并以湖北工业职业技术学院两个制造类专业现代学徒制试点为例,提出了制造类专业在招生与招工、校企合作育人、专兼结合师资队伍建设、教学管理与运行机制的具体实施方式。

The modem apprenticeship talent training mode is the direction of the current vocational education personnel training. This paper analyzes the connotation of modem apprentice system and two manufacturing specialties practicing modem apprenticeship in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic as an example,and puts forward specific ways of implementation for manufacture specialties in education of school-enterprise cooperation, enrollment and recruitment integration, combination of talent training mode reform, construction of full-time and part-time teachers team, teaching management and operation mechanism.
