摘要 在一台4102柴油机上对发动机燃用DM90混合燃料(90%二甲醚+10%甲醇)时的性能进行了试验研究.结果表明:通过加大喷油泵柱塞直径、推迟供油和降低喷油器启喷压力后,发动机燃用DM90混合燃料时,最大功率下降13.97%,标定工况下当量燃油消耗率增加7.17%,但所有试验工况均无碳烟排放,全负荷速度特性下,NO_x排放平均下降55.1%,CO排放平均下降65.8%,HC排放增加21.6%. The performance of DM90 hybrid fuel (90% dimethyl ether + 10% methanol) was tested on a 4102 diesel engine. The results show that the maximum power drop is 13.97% when the fuel is burned with the DM90 fuel by increasing the diameter of the plunger of the fuel injection pump,postponing the oil supply and reducing the injection pressure of the injector. The fuel consumption rate of the equivalent duty is increased by 7.17%. All the test conditions have no smoke emissions. Under the full load speed characteristics, NOx emissions decreased by an average of 55. 1%, CO emissions decreased by an average of 65.8%,HC emissions increased by 21.6%.
