水分亏缺对青稞产量及籽粒氮、磷、钾含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为明确水分亏缺对青稞产量性状和籽粒N、P、K含量的影响,采用温室抗旱鉴定池种植的方法,对10个青稞品种设置水分充足(CK)、轻度水分亏缺、重度水分亏缺处理,分析其不同水分条件下的产量性状和籽粒中N、P、K的累积状况。结果表明,水分轻度亏缺下,导致各品种产量降低的因素不尽相同,昆仑14号和肚里黄的成穗数降低,柴青1号的穗粒数和千粒重降低,其他7个青稞品种的穗粒数、成穗数和千粒重均有所降低。水分重度亏缺下,10个青稞品种的成穗数、穗粒数和千粒重均显著降低,导致其籽粒产量显著降低。10个青稞品种的籽粒减产幅度随水分亏缺程度加剧而增大。昆仑15号、昆仑14号、肚里黄和柴青1号可作为不同生态区重要的高产种质资源;康青8号和昆仑14号可作为高氮素积累的种质;旱地紫和昆仑14号可作为高磷素积累的种质;藏青2000可作为高钾素积累的种质。 In order to clarify the effect of water deficit on yield traits and N,P and K content of hulless barley,the greenhouse drought-resistant identification pool were used to set up enough water(CK),mild water deficit and severe water content for ten barley cultivars. The accumulation of N,P and K of grains were analyzed. The results showed that the effect of mild stress on the yield components of each cultivar was different. The number of spikes of Kunlun 14 and Belly yellow was reduced and the number of grains per spike and grain weight of Chaiqing 1 were reduced.The number of spike,the number of grain per spike and 1 000-grain weight of the other seven barley cultivars were decreased,which caused the reduction of their yield. The number of spike,the number of grain per spike and the 1 000-grain weight of the ten barley were significantly decreased,which caused the decrease of the yield with the increase of water deficit. Kunlun14,Kunlun 15,Belly yellow and Chaiqing 1 can be used as important germplasm resources for high-yield germplasm innovation in different ecological areas. Kangqing 8 and Kunlun 14 can be used as the germplasm of high nitrogen accumulation. Dryland purple and Kunlun 14 can be used as the of high phosphorus accumulation; Zangqing 2000 can be used as the germplasm of high kalium accumulation.
