快速康复外科理念结合心理干预对股骨骨折患者围手术期心理状态及康复效果的影响

The effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with psychological intervention on the perioperative psychological status and rehabilitation for patients with femoral fracture

目的探讨快速康复外科理念结合心理干预对股骨骨折患者围手术期心理状态及康复效果的影响。方法选取2012年9月-2016年9月住院治疗的股骨骨折患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和快速康复组各50例,常规组给予常规护理,快速康复组在常规组的基础上应用快速康复外科理念结合心理干预进行护理。采用焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评估患者的心理状态。比较2组患者术后下床活动、进食、住院、伤口愈合时间和对护理工作的满意情况。结果快速康复组SAS和SDS得分明显低于常规组;术后下床活动、进食、住院、伤口愈合时间明显短于常规组;对护理工作的满意率明显高于常规组。结论快速康复外科理念结合心理干预可有效改善股骨骨折患者围手术期心理状态,有利于患者术后的身体康复,且可有效提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with psychological intervention on the perioperative psychological status and rehabilitation for patients with femoral fracture. Methods One hundred patients diagnosed as femoral fracture between September 2012 and September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the random number table, each of 50. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the experimental group was additionally provided with the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined with psychological intervention. The self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） were used to evaluate the psychological status. The first time of postoperative ambulation and eating, hospitalization days, wound healing time and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group, and the first time of postoperative ambulation and eating, hospitalization days, wound healing time of the former were significantly shorter than the latter. However, the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than the latter. Conclusions Rapid rehabilitation surgery concept combined psychological intervention can effectively improve perioperative psychological status and the rehabilitation of patients with femoral fracture, as well as their satisfaction with nursing.
