The library reader survey is in order to improve the service quality and level of the library, better to provide the high quality service to the reader, this article from three aspects this paper expounds the necessity of library issue the reader questionnaire, it is concluded that the continuous improvement of the library must be planned and step by step, to be in an impregnable position in the modem society.
