摘要
耐辐射奇球菌是目前世界上最耐辐射的细菌。国内外对其已经有了多年研究。大量的研究结果表明不同的DNA损伤在耐辐射奇球菌体内存在着不同的损伤修复途径。本文主要概述不同的损伤类型在耐辐射奇球菌体内所存在的修复途径。旨在深入了解耐辐射奇球菌的辐射抗性机制,为生物体的辐射防护提供更好的思路。
So far,Deinococcus radiodurans is the most radiation resistant bacteria in the world. For researchers, Deinococeus radiodurans as a research object for many years at home and abroad. The research results show that different DNA damages own different repair pathways in it.This article provided an overview of different types of damages own different repair pathways in Deinococcus radiodurans.The aim is to deeply realize the radiation resistance mechanism of Deinococcus raidodurans. Provide better ideas for the radiation protection of organism.
