抗日战争中的浙海关

Zhejiang Customs during the War of Resistance against Japan

浙海关作为近代中国沿海重要的进出口关区,在抗日战争初期曾一度出现港口贸易的短暂繁荣,随着战局的变化,曾一度走私猖獗,浙海关加大打击力度,为支援抗战做出了重要贡献。在抗战后期,宁波港被日军占领,开始了其沦陷四年多的历史,由于商品流通的渠道被阻塞,加上日军的野蛮掠夺导致了宁波港经济极度萧条,浙海关一度闭关,浙海关的发展举步维艰,最终在1949年5月宁波解放后被军管会接收,迎来新生。

As an important coastal import and export customs, Zhejiang Customs once experienced a short prosperity in the port trade in the early days of the War of Resistance against Japan. But along with the changes of the war situation and the rampant smuggling, Zhejiang Customs intensified the crackdown, which made significant contribution to the War. In the latter part of the War, Ningbo Port was occupied by the Japanese and began its decline for more than four years. The blocked commodity circulation channel and the brutal plunder by the Japanese army led to the great economic depression of Ningbo Port. As a consequence, Zhejiang Customs once closed and its development encountered extreme difficulties until the liberation of Ningbo in May, 1949 and it was taken over by the Military Control Committee and thereafter it ushered in the new birth in its true sense.
