Modernization Construction of Urban Governance System in Ningbo

在梳理治理理论及城市治理现代化实现路径的基础上,提出了城市治理现代化的评价指标体系。从宁波近年来的治理实践入手,总结了宁波城市治理现代化进程中政府、市场、社会治理的创新经验,结合评价指标体系对宁波的治理现代化程度进行了评分。进而分析了宁波城市治理现代化建设面临的挑战,提出了新时期政府、市场和社会多元共治的具体实施策略。

Based on the theory of rational governance and the path to realize the modernization of urban governance system, the paper puts forward an evaluation index system for such modernization and based on the practice in the recent years, summarizes the innovation experiences of the governance by the government, the market and the society in Ningbo in its modernization process,evaluates the modernization degree by using the index system, analyzes the challenges Ningbo faces in this regard and proposes concrete measures to realize the combined governance by the government, the market and the society in the new period.
