四肢联动训练对脑卒中单侧忽略患者的影响

Influence of limbs coordination training on stroke patients with unilateral neglect

目的观察四肢联动训练对脑卒中单侧忽略患者功能恢复的疗效。方法将40例2013年5月~2015年5月在神经科和康复科住院的脑卒中单侧忽略患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,各20例。治疗组采用四肢联动训练加常规康复治疗,对照组为常规康复治疗。治疗前及治疗8周后,采用凯瑟林-波哥量表(CBS)和简化Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)进行评定。结果治疗8周后,两组的CBS、FMA评分与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后的CBS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),FMA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四肢联动训练联合常规康复治疗能改善单侧忽略患者的症状,进一步改善其肢体运动功能。

Objective To observe the effect of limbs coordination training on the functional recovery of stroke patients with unilateral neglect.Methods Altogether 40 stroke patients with unilateral neglect hospitalized in department of neu- rology and department of rehabilitation of our hospital from May 2013 to May 2015 were randomly divided into treat- ment group and control group,and there were 20 eases in each group.Treatment group was treated with routine rehabili- tation combined with limbs coordination training,while control group was treated with routine rehabilitation treatment. Catherine-Bergego scale （CBS） and simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment （FMA） were used before and after 8 weeks treat- ment for evaluation.Results After 8 weeks treatment,CBS and FMA score of two groups had statistically significant dif- ference in comparison with before treatment （P〈0.05）,CBS score of treatment group was lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）,FMA score of treatment group was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combination of limbs coordination training and routine rehabilitation treatment can improve the symptoms of patients with unilateral neglect so as to further improve the extremity motor function of patients.
