竹夹板系统治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果研究

Clinical effect study of bamboo splint system in the treatment of distal radius fractures

目的探讨竹夹板系统治疗桡骨远端骨折的临床效果。方法选取我院和我区第一人民医院2015年1月~2017年2月收治的420例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各210例。观察组采用竹夹板系统固定治疗,对照组采用石膏托固定治疗,比较两组患者的影像学疗效和临床功能疗效。结果观察组的影像学优良率为96.19%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月功能评分优良率为89.52%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于桡骨远端骨折患者而言,采用竹夹板系统固定的方式进行治疗极为安全、有效,可促进患者骨折愈合,改善患者临床功能评分,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of bamboo splint system in the treatment of distal radius fractures. Methods A total of 420 patients with distal radius fractures in our hospital and the First People＇s Hospital of Nankang District from January 2015 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the obser- vation group,210 cases in each group.In the observation group,bamboo splint system was used,while in the control group,plaster slab for fixed treatment was adopted.The efficacy from both imaging and clinic function were compared in the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of imaging in the observation group was 96.19%,which was higher than 86.67% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The excellent and good rate of function score in 6 months after surgery in the observation group was 89.52%,which was higher than 73.81% in the control group,with sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For patients with distal radius fractures,bamboo splint system is extremely safe and effective.h can promote the fracture healing and improve the clinical function score,which is worthy of promotion.
