Effect of Endobutton plate reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation

目的分析Endobutton钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位的临床效果。方法选取2015年9月~2017年1月我院收治的76例肩锁关节脱位患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各38例。对照组采用锁骨钩钢板内固定方式进行治疗,实验组采用带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带进行治疗,术后比较两组的肩关节JOA评分、肩锁关节VAS评分和肩关节功能评价结果。结果实验组术后的JOA评分低于对照组,VAS评分高于对照组,而且实验组的肩关节功能评价结果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论带袢钢板重建喙锁韧带治疗肩锁关节脱位的效果显著,而且操作简单,对患者的创伤较小,患者在早期就可以恢复功能锻炼,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Endobutton plate reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament in the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods From September 2015 to January 2017,76 patients with acromioclavicular joint dislocation admitted into our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,38 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were provided with clavicular hook plate for internal fixation.The patients in the experimental group were given the Endobutton plate reconstruction of coraeoelavicular ligament for the treatment.The shoulder joint JOA seore,acromioclavicular joint VAS score,and score of should joint function after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The JOA score in the experimental group after surgery was lower than that in the control group,and the score of VAS in the experimental group after surgery was higher than that of the control group,the evaluation of shoulder function in the experimental group was bet- ter than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the treatment of acromioclavicular joint dislocation,Endobutton plate reconstruction of coracoclavicular ligament can obtain a remarkable effect at advan- tages Qf simple performance,mild trauma for patients,and early recovery of functional exercise,which is worthy of promo- tion and application.
