针刺联合放血治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

目的探讨针刺联合放血治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月~2016年12月本院收治的椎动脉型颈椎病患者90例。按照就诊先后顺序,将90例患者随机分为研究组(针刺+大椎放血)与对照组(单纯针刺)。比较两组的治疗效果及治疗前后症状、功能评分变化情况。结果研究组、对照组患者的总有效率分别为95.6%、80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的症状及功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的症状及功能评分对比,差异有统计学意义,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组的症状及功能改善指数比较,差异有统计学意义,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合放血治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床效果更理想。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with bloodletting in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,90 patients with verte- bral artery cervical spondylosis treated in our hospital were selected.According to the order of treatment,theywere ran- domly divided into research group （acupuncture plus bloodletting on Dazhui （DU 14） and control group （acupuncture alone）.Th＇e therapeutic effect,and score of symptoms and function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 95.6% and 80.0% in the research group and control group respectively with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no great difference in the score of the symptoms and function between the two groups （P〉0.05）.After therapy,the score of the symptoms and function in the two groups were statistically significant,and the differences in the research group were superior to those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The improvement indexes of the symptoms and function in the two groups were also displayed statistical significance, and the differences in the research group were better （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with bloodletting can obtain a ideal effect in the treatment of cervical spondylosisof vertebral artery type.
