穴位艾灸配合中医护理干预预防膝关节置换术后深静脉血栓的临床研究

Observation of preventive effect of acupuncture point moxibustion with Tradeitional Chinese Medical nursing intervention to prevent the deep ve-nous thrombosis after total knee replacement

目的探讨传统医学穴位艾灸配合中医护理干预措施在预防人工全膝关节置换手术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成中的疗效。方法选取2010年5月~2017年5月我院收治的60例患者作为研究对象,按入院先后顺序随机分为两组,每组各30例。对照组患者术后给予抬高患肢体、踝关节被动活动、CPM锻炼、足底静脉泵常规性护理。实验组患者术后给予抬高患侧肢体、踝关节被动活动、CPM锻炼、足底静脉泵、腓肠肌按摩、股二头肌按摩、股四头肌按摩、穴位艾灸、中药外敷、中药内服、中医饮食调护等系统中医护理干预。比较两组患者DVT的发生情况。结果术后实验组产生1例DVT(3.33%),对照组产生5例(16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用穴位艾灸配合中医护理干预措施,能够有效降低全膝关节置换术后下肢DVT的发生率。

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture point moxibustion with tradeitional Chinese medical nursing interventin to prevent the deep venous thrombosis （DVT） after total knee replace- ment （TKA）.Methods The 60 patients admitted to our hospital from May 2010 to May 2017 were selected as the sub- jects of the study,and they were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,each with 30 cases.The control group underwent interventions including limb lift,ankle passive activity,continuous passive motion exercise and sole vein pump.The experimental group underwent interventions including limb lift,ankle passive activity,continuous passive motion exercise,sole vein pump massages on calf, biceps and quadriceps,acupuncture point moxibustion,Tradi- tional Chinese Medicine external treatment,herbal oral and Traditional Chinese Medicine diet.The incidence of both groups was compared.Results 1 case of DVT （3.33%） was produced of postoperative in the experimental group,5 pa- tients （16.67%） were produced in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conelusions The Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture point moxibustion with traditional Chinese medical nursing interventins help to reduce the incidence of DVT after TKA.
