摘要
本试验研究了不同NaCl浓度对6个辣椒品种种子萌发特性的影响,试验设计了3个浓度的NaCl溶液,研究其对种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势、萌发活力指数的影响。结果表明,在高NaCl浓度时,泰A187、曼谷303、湘辣712的发芽率优于其他品种;赤焰2号、曼谷303、湘辣712的发芽指数、发芽势均表现优良;赤焰2号、湘辣712、泰A187的萌发活力指数高于其他品种。综上所述,曼谷303、赤焰2号、湘辣712在试验条件下耐盐性较强。
The effect of NaCl concentration on germination characters (germination rate, germination index, germination potential and vigor index)of 6 pepper varieties were examined.The results showed that when the NaCl solution concentration was high ,the germination rate of TaiA187, ManGu303 and XiangLaT12 was higher than that of other varieties,ChiYan2,ManGu303 and XiangLa712 was good at germination index and germination potential,the germination index of ChiYan2,XiangLa712 and TaiA187 was better than that of other varieties. In summary, salt tolerance of ManGu303, ChiYan2 and XiangLa712 was better than that of other varieties under the experimental conditions.
