滨州市城乡统筹发展测度与评价

Measurement and Evaluation of Urban-Rural Overall Development in Binzhou City

城乡统筹发展是打破城乡二元结构和促进城乡协调、健康发展的必然趋势。本文研究分析了滨州市2006—2015年城乡统筹发展相关统计数据,建立了城乡统筹评价指标体系;并利用SPSS软件对其进行测度。结果表明,滨州市城乡统筹发展整体水平偏低;但近10年来呈不断波动上升趋势,城乡二元结构逐渐弱化。

The overall development of urban-rural areas is an inevitable trend to break the urban-rural dual structure and promote the harmonious and healthy development of urban-rural areas. In this paper, the statistical data of urban-rural overall development in Binzhou City during the period of 2006-2015 were analyzed, and the evaluation index system of urban-rural areas was established.Finally, the SPSS software was used to measure it. The results showed that the overall level of urban-rural development in Binzhou City was low;but in the past 10 years ,there was a rising trend of fluctuation, the urban-rural dual structure was gradually weakened.
