摘要
通过表面形貌观察和电化学分析研究了有机混合缓蚀剂苯并三氮唑(BTA)和苯甲酸钠在去离子水中对金属钆、La(FeSi)13合金电偶腐蚀的缓蚀效果。结果表明:在添加0.05mol/L BTA与0.05mol/L苯甲酸钠的去离子水中,当La(FeSi)13合金、金属钆与304不锈钢形成电偶对时,其耐蚀性比在去离子水中有大幅提升,La(FeSi)13/钆、304不锈钢/钆、304不锈钢/La(FeSi)13三种电偶对的缓蚀率分别达到了90.5%、93.5%和96.5%;苯并三氮唑和苯甲酸钠能够有效抑制以上金属间的电偶腐蚀。
Morphology observation and electrochemical analysis were used to study the galvanic corrosion inhibition of benzotriazole(BTA)and sodium benzoate to Gd and La(FeSi)13alloy in deionized water.The results show that the corrosion resistance of Gd and La(FeSi)13alloy coupled with 304 stainless steel in deionized water increased rapidly when 0.05mol/L BTA and 0.05mol/L sodium benzoate was added.The inhibition efficiency was 90.5%,93.5%and 96.5% for La(FeSi)13/Gd,304 stainless steel/Gd,304 stainless steel/La(FeSi)13coupled electrodes.Benzotriazole and sodium benzoate can inhibit the galvanic corrosion between above metals.
