老年高血压患者用药依从性影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors of medication compliance of elderly hypertension patients

目的探讨影响老年高血压患者用药依从性的因素。方法纳入心内科门诊65岁以上原发性高血压患者,采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式,采集相关信息,并采用专门评价高血压患者用药依从性的Morisky问卷进行评分,并分析影响用药依从性的原因。结果 119例研究对象中用药依从性好的患者仅占43.70%。其中,不同的性别、文化程度、病程等对服用依从性影响无显著差异,年龄、居住状况、用药次数,血压监测情况等客观因素以及用药主动性、药品知识掌握、用药观念、习惯等主观因素对患者服药依从性有显著影响。结论建议开展多方位的药学服务,从而提高老年高血压患者用药依从性,保证高血压药物治疗安全有效。

Objective To study the influencing factors of medication compliance of elderly hypertension patients. Methods An investigation was carried out in patients in Cardiovascular medicine clinic of our hospital in the way of questionnaire and interview. Results The medication compliance in those 119 patients is 43.07%.Logistic multivariate analysis showed the different gender, degree of education, course of disease has no significant influence; while age, whether to live alone,times of taking medicine and measurement of blood pressure are the factors influencing the drug compliance. Conclusion The comprehensive Pharmaceutical care should be carried out to improve the drug compliance and the effects of antihypertensive drug treatment in those patients.
