软土地区某圆形深基坑变形与内力监测分析 被引量:8

摘要 结合某钢铁有限公司精炼厂钢坯坍陷区基坑施工及钢坯打捞工程,详细介绍了软土地区特殊工况条件下超深圆形基坑在开挖及钢坯打捞过程中基坑的变形及受力情况,并对周边建筑物的变形、水、土压力的变化情况进行分析。监测数据分析表明:采用圆形内衬支护的深基坑,当内衬结构不完整或土方开挖不均衡时,支护结构体系将在不平衡土压力的作用下发生不规则变形,内衬结构的完整性及土方开挖的均衡对称性对于圆形支护结构受力的合理性具有重要的意义,也进一步说明采用圆形内衬支护的深基坑,支护结构体系及周边环境的全程监测对确保基坑支护及周边环境安全具有重要的意义。 With a deep circular foundation pit and billet salvage project,the deformation and inner force of super deep circular excavation during excavation and salvaging are investigated. And the deformation of surrounding buildings,the changes of water pressure and soil pressure are analyzed. The monitoring data analysis shows that,for the deep excavation with circular inner liner timbering,when the lining structure is incomplete or the earthwork excavation is not balanced,the deformation of the support structure will be irregular. The integrity of the lining structure and the balance of earthwork excavation are of great significance to the rationality of the force of the circular supporting structure. It is further illustrated that the whole process monitoring of the supporting structure and the surrounding environment is of great significance to ensure the safety of the excavation and the surrounding environment.
