摘要
文章介绍了一种基于TMS320LF2407+SHT11的智能快速充电器的设计思想。通过实时检测电池的荷电状态,判断电池所处的充电阶段,TMS320LF2407产生相适应的PWM信号,并详细介绍了恒压恒流充电法、涓流充电法、消除记忆效应法、多种快速充电终止法、线性数字温湿度传感器采集等硬件和软件的设计思路,采用智能算法,确定充电策略,实现智能充电,延长电池的实际使用寿命,增强产品的实用性。
The design method of intelligent fast battery charger based on DSP is introduced by this article.The real-time state of the rechargeable battery is detected, judge the charging stage of the battery, the DSP generates the corresponding PWM signal, the constant voltage and constant current charging method is introduced in detail、trickle charge method、eliminate memory effect method、a variety of fast charging termination methods、design idea of hardware and software of linear digital temperature and humidity sensor acquisition,and has a flexible charging strategy,high efficiency charging control is realized,battery life is extended,it increased the intelligence and practicability of the product.
