摘要 为了更有针对性地提升高速公路服务区的整体服务效率,根据服务区的特性,从基础输入和服务输出两个方面建立了服务区服务效率评价指标体系,以衡量服务区的投入和产出效率。输入指标包含地理选址、交通流量和基础设施3个子项,输出指标包含用户体验1个子项,各子项中分别有可量化的指标用于具体测算。基于所提指标测算方法,利用DEA评价方法中的C2R模型与C2GS2模型,对山东省9对样本服务区进行了问卷调研和MATLAB实例测算,并对评价结果进行了分析。根据评价结果,对服务区的服务效率进行排序,发现部分服务区存在投入产出效益较低的情况,需要对存在投入冗余的指标进行相应改进,以提高服务效率。 In order to improve the overall service efficiency of expressway service area,an evaluation indicator system was established to measure the efficiency of infrastructure input and service output based on their characteristics.The input indicators contain 3 sub-sectors,including site location,traffic volume and infrastructure,while the output indicators contain 1 sub-sector,which is user experience.Each sub-sector is composed of several quantitative indicators,which can be used for specific calculation.The calculation method for each indicator was proposed by investigation and statistical analysis.In order to test the indicator system,questionnaire investigation was conducted in 9 expressway service areas in Shandong Province and the data collected was processed by MATLAB.In the case study,C2R model and C2GS2 model in DEA system were used.Then the services efficiency of the 9 expressway service areas were sorted in order based on the results.The result also implies that the input-output effectiveness of some expressway service areas is relatively low.It is necessary to improve the service efficiency by improving the indicator of redundant input.
