摘要
从梧桐科山芝麻属草药火索麻(Helicteres isora L.)中分离并鉴定了六种成分,分别为β-谷甾醇(晶Ⅰ)、白桦脂酸(晶Ⅳ)、齐墩果酸(晶Ⅴ)、胡萝卜甙(晶Ⅵ)和一个新的三萜类化合物火索麻素:3-酮基-27-乙酰氧基-齐墩果-12-烯-28-酸甲酯(晶Ⅲ)以及一个新天然产物:38,27-二乙酰氧基-羽扇豆-20(29)-烯-28-酸甲酯(晶Ⅱ)。
Six compounds were isolated from the roots and stems of Helicteres isora L. Four of them were identified as β-sitosterol, betulic acid, oleanolic acid and daucosterol. One of them is a novel triterpenoid identified as 3-oxo-27-acetoxy-olean-12-en-28-oic methyl ester named isorin, and another one is a new natural compound identified as 3β, 27-diacetoxy-1up-20(29)-en-28-oic methyl ester.
