摘要 研究了采用离子交换法对从酸法地浸液中吸附铀的钼中毒树脂的解毒处理,考察了解毒剂NaOH浓度、解毒接触时间及解毒剂体积对树脂解毒的影响。试验结果表明:在解毒剂NaOH质量浓度100g/L、接触时间60min、无需添加辅助剂条件下,解毒剂用量为5BV时,树脂钼去除率达91.2%,解毒后树脂吸附铀的饱和容量可恢复至初始时的99%。 Treatment and regeneration of resin poisoned by Mo during recovery of uranium from in-situ leaching solution was studied.The effects of caustic soda concentration,contact time and regeneration reagent volume on resin regeneration were examined.The results show that under the conditions of caustic soda concentration of 100 g/L,contact time of 60 minutes,without any other auxiliary additives,the regenerating rate is 91.2% as the volume of regeneration reagent 5times bed volumes.Uranium loading capacities on regenerated resin can reach as 99% of new resins.
