基于用户体验的网络健康社区信息质量评价模型研究

Research on Information Quality Evaluation Model of Network Healthy Communities Based on Users' Experience

[目的/意义]旨在解决网络健康社区信息质量缺乏管控、难以分辨出有价值的信息等问题。[方法/过程]从用户体验角度出发,以网络健康社区、健康信息作者、健康信息内容、健康信息表达和健康信息效用为维度,引入通用指标、定义新指标,通过专家打分法验证指标合理性,完成指标体系构建。之后,引入多专家共同评估的群组决策方法,利用三标度矩阵改进的AHP法和专家聚类赋权法,主客观综合确定指标权重。提出一种基于用户体验的网络健康社区信息质量评估体系并进行实证研究。[结果/结论]构建的指标体系可靠性良好,适用于进行Web2.0条件下的网络健康社区信息质量评价。

[Purpose/sigulficance]The paper is to solve problems that information quality of network healthy communities are out of control and there are difficult to distinguish valuable information. [Method/process]The paper starts from the perspective of users＇ experience, takes network healthy communities, healthy information authors, healthy information contents, healthy information expres- sions and healthy information utilities as dimensions, introduces general indexes, defines new indexes, and validates rationality of in- dexes by using expert scoring method for establishing evaluation index system. Then, the paper utilizes group decision-making method with multi-expert evaluation, AHP method improved by three-scale matrix, and expert cluster weighting method to determine the weight of indexes objectively and synthetically. Finally, the paper proposes an information quality evaluation model of network healthy communities based on users＇ experience and takes empirical study. [Result/conclusion ]The evaluation index system has good reliability, and is suitable for evaluating information quality of network healthy communities in Web2.0.
