Study of Sci-tech Novelty Retrieval Work in General University from the Perspective of Subject Service

[目的/意义]从学科服务的视角,探讨普通本科院校开展科技查新工作的必要性、可行性。[方法/过程]以南京晓庄学院图书馆与江苏大学科技查新站开展查新合作的实践为例,详细介绍了普通本科院校科技查新业务的模式。[结果/结论]从保障合作双方的义务和利益、完善科技查新站制度、加强查新人员队伍建设以及建立考核激励机制等方面,提出做好科技查新业务的措施。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to discuss the necessity and the feasibility of general university to carry out scitech novelty retrieval from the perspective of subject service. [Metbod/process]The paper takes the practice of cooperation in novelty retrieval between Nanjing Xiaozhuang University Library and sci-tech novelty retrieval station of Jiangsu University for example, intro- duces in detail the operation model of sci-tech novelty retrieval in general university. [Result/conclusion]The paper puts forwards measures for doing sci-tech novehy retrieval well from aspects of guaranteeing obligations and interests of the both sides in the cooperation, perfecting sci-teeh novelty retrieval station system, strengthening construction of novelty retriever team and establishing an assessment and incentive mechanism.
