摘要
[目的/意义]研究高校图书馆期刊服务评价模型,以期为读者提供高质量的期刊服务。[方法/过程]基于LibQUAL+^(TM)评价模型,采用问卷调查方法,借鉴其他高校图书馆利用此模型的实证研究经验,结合第三军医大学图书馆期刊服务的工作,设计出图书馆期刊服务质量评价指标,运用SPSS22.0软件对调查数据进行统计分析。[结果/结论]提出从优化馆藏资源、营造良好的馆舍环境、提高馆员素质、完善服务手段4个方面加以改进,提高期刊服务质量。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to study model of periodical service evaluation in university library, so as to provide high-quality periodical service for readers.[Method/process]The paper bases on evaluation model of LibQUAL+TM, uses questionnaire method, draws on the empirical experience of other university library's using LibQUAL+TM, combines with periodical service of Third Military Medical University Library to design the index of library periodical service quality evaluation, and uses SPSS22.0 to make a statistic analysis of survey data. [Result/conclusion]it proposes to improve quality of periodical service from four aspects of optimizing library resource, creating a good library environment, improving librarian's quality and perfecting service means.
