The Exploration of E-Resources Joint Purchasing in Library of Cooperation Consortium of High Technology in Beijing

[目的/意义]旨在为国内其他图书馆联盟的数字资源建设提供有益的借鉴。[方法/过程]分析高科联盟图书馆文献资源建设的现状,详细介绍该联盟图书馆在电子文献资源联合采购方面的实践过程,对该联盟电子文献资源联合采购的运行与管理模式进行分析与研究。[结果/结论]高科联盟图书馆自身具有组团采购的先天优势;在具体实践中应制定完整的规划,使之有章可循;联盟内应齐心协力,真正做到互惠互利。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide useful reference for E-resources construction of the Library of Coopera- tion Consortium of High Technology （LCCHT）. [ Method/process ]The paper describes current situation of literature resources construction of the LCCHT, introduces practice process of E-resources joint purchasing of the LCCHT, and analyzes operation and management mode of E-resources joint purchasing of LCCHT.[Result/conclusion]The LCCHT has an inherent advantage of joint purchasing and it should make complete planning during the concrete practice for establishing regulations to be followed. The LCCHT should also make coocerted efforts to achieve mutual benefit and experience.
