亚临界R134a流体提取万寿菊花中叶黄素酯的工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 本研究旨在建立一种从万寿菊花中提取叶黄素酯的安全、高效、便捷的方法。采用亚临界间歇浸提方式,以1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)为溶剂,在10L亚临界提取小试装置中,考察料液比、浸提压力、温度、单次提取时间和提取次数对叶黄素酯回收率的影响。结果表明:料液比1∶1.5,提取压力1M Pa,温度48℃,单次提取时间20m in,提取4次的条件下,叶黄素酯回收率最高,回收率达98%以上。当料液比和提取次数固定时,影响叶黄素酯回收率的最主要因素为提取温度,温度过低传质速度慢,温度过高则叶黄素酯容易氧化分解。提取压力的影响也相对明显,在本研究测试范围内,1.0~1.2M Pa,45~50℃是较适宜的提取压力和温度范围。
