摘要 目的探讨持续健康教育对糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者自我管理能力及疗效的影响。方法将2015年9月—2016年11月收治的96例糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组患者实行常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上给予持续健康教育。对比两组患者的自我管理能力及临床疗效。结果护理后,观察组患者的用药管理、饮食管理、运动管理及心理管理得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者的治疗有效率为89.58%,显著高于对照组的72.92%(P<0.05)。结论持续健康教育能有效提高糖尿病并发视网膜病变患者的自我管理能力和临床疗效,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the effect of continuous health education on the self-management ability and curative effect of patients with diabetes and retinopathy. Methods 96 cases of patients with diabetes and retinopathy from Septernber 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each, the control group adopted the routine nursing, while the observation group adopted the continuous health education on the basis of the control group, and the clinical curative effect and self-management ability were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the medication management, dieting management, exercise management and mental management scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group( P〈0.01), and the treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(89.58% vs 72.92%)( P〈0.05). Conclusion The continuous health education can effectively improve the self-management ability and clinical curative effect of patients with diabetes and retinopathy,and it is worth clinical promotion.
